General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

Article 1 – Purpose
These General Conditions of Sale govern the sales of personalized, digital and physical products offered by Story•Me on its website.

Article 2 – Products
Story•Me offers digital creations (files sent electronically) and physical products (printed posters, shipped to the address provided by the customer). Each creation is unique and made according to the instructions provided by the customer.

Article 3 – Order
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
After validation of the order and payment, no changes can be made.

Article 4 – Price
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. Story•Me reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Transactions are secured through the payment platforms offered on the site.

Article 6 – Delivery

• Digital products : sent by email within 48/72 hours after order validation.

• Physical products : delivered within 4 to 5 working days to the address indicated by the customer.
  Story•Me cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier.

 

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized goods.
No exchange or refund is therefore possible, except in the event of a manifest error on our part.

Article 8 – Liability
Story•Me cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the purchase. Story•Me's liability is in any case limited to the amount of the order.

Article 9 – Personal data
The personal data collected is necessary for processing orders. It will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Article 10 – Applicable law
These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

General Conditions of Use (GCU)

 

Article 1 – Presentation of the site
The Story•Me website offers its users the purchase of personalized creations, both digital and physical.

Article 2 – Access to the site
Access to the site is free (excluding Internet access costs) for any user with an Internet connection. Story•Me reserves the right to temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or site improvement.

Article 3 – Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, graphics, logos) is the exclusive property of Story•Me. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

Article 4 – Responsibilities
Story•Me strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, or deficiencies in updating.

Article 5 – Personal data
The user has the right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning him/her, by sending his/her request to hello@storyme.fr .

Article 6 – Cookies
The site may use cookies to enhance the user experience. The user can disable cookies by configuring their browser.

Article 7 – Amendments
Story•Me reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users are encouraged to consult them regularly.
